| Aluminum
Nitride (AlN) is a ceramic material possessing outstanding properties
such as high thermal conductivity, low electrical resistivity and high
hardness. As a result, it is finding increased usage in substrates and
electronic packaging, thermal fillers, crucibles, firing tiles and
refractories. A number of grades of AlN powders can be used for these
as well as many other applications.
In addition to the
standard powders we offer, Accumet can produce custom powders milled to
customer specifications from -60 mesh to 0.5 µm. Contact us for
