- Accumet Materials Company now supplies Alumina-Titania composites. This new family of
ceramics known as CERAM-T is designed to resist thermal shock at temperatures up to 1800
degrees centigrade.
- Unlike alumina ceramics CERAM-T stands up to sudden temperature changes and exhibits
good mechanical properties.
- CERAM-T parts are manufactured by slip casting, which allows production of complex
shapes to customer specifications.
- Accumet Materials Company also supplies other composite ceramics.
