Accumet Materials supplies single crystals in the highest purity available.  These crystals are grown by electron beam float zone refining and Czochralski or Bridgeman techniques in diameters of 1/4" to 1".  Major axis orientations of <100>, <110>, and <111>,   +/- 3 degrees are offered for most crystals.   In addition, "LEED"  crystals polished strain-free and oriented to +/- 1/2 degree are available.  Laue photos, additional side polishing, and specialty machining are available.  The following table is a partial list of the many crystals we offer.  Contact Us for further information on price & delivery.
